Anti-dog Fouling campaign

Ten brand-new stainless-steel dog litter bins were installed on popular walking routes around Belmullet town as part of our anti-dog-fouling campaign. The campaign is supported by Erris Chamber of Commerce, the Oweninny Community Benefit Fund, and Mayo Co. Co.

Dog waste carries viruses and parasites which can cause intestinal illness and serious kidney disorders in humans, blindness in children, and it can also spread disease to other dogs. Please help to protect your neighbours and the local children. Please show that you love your dog and that you care about your community – dispose of your dog litter responsibly. Scaob an salachar!
